Short for PRactical EXperience Coaching, this new method of acquiring diverse skills is:
- based on specially designed and/or situation-tailored games with an inherent aspect of practical experience.
- created on practical foundations of lifelong learning as well as various modern teaching and learning methods.
- founded on games ranging from highly likely to completely impossible scenarios.
Who is behind it?
The creative mind behind PREXcoaching® is Biljana Radanović – Biljka. Biljka is:
- a seasoned professional with over 15 years in education who transitioned from teaching languages to coaching, focusing on skills, creativity, and personal development.
- the author of The Essential 52: 52 Time Management Techniques for 52 Tightly Packed Weeks, a guide packed with direct and indirect strategies for mastering your personal and professional productivity.
- a creator of all things artsy, craftsy, and creative – passionate about fun, games, and challenges, which she shares on her blog We Are Biljka, alongside her insights, rationale, and the science behind PREXcoaching®.

The method and principles are simple, logical, and straightforward:
